Achievers’ Library Paschim Vihar is open every day from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM — including all Sundays, public holidays, and national holidays such as Republic Day, Independence Day, Diwali, and Holi. There are no exceptions. We have maintained this 365-day schedule since May 2014, because serious exam aspirants cannot afford to lose a single study day.

Monthly membership at the Paschim Vihar branch starts from ₹1,790 / month. All fees include a dedicated seat, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, fully AC study halls, 24×7 power backup, HEPA air purifiers, RO drinking water, daily newspaper, and pantry access. Off-peak packages (Morning 6–11 AM or Evening 6–11 PM) are available at lower rates. Discounted quarterly, half-yearly, and annual plans are offered. There is no registration or admission fee. Lockers are available at a small additional charge.

Yes. Achievers’ Library Paschim Vihar is fully safe for female students at all hours, including the 5 AM opening. The branch has 24×7 CCTV surveillance covering all study areas and common spaces. Entry and exit are controlled through a face biometric system — only enrolled members can access the premises. Separate seating sections and separate washrooms are provided for female students. Library staff are present throughout all operating hours. Parents are welcome to visit for a free tour before enrolment.

Achievers’ Library Paschim Vihar is suitable for students preparing for all competitive exams — UPSC Civil Services (IAS, IPS, IFS), JEE Main and Advanced, NEET UG and PG, CA Foundation, Inter and Final, CS, CAT, CLAT, Bank PO and Clerk (IBPS, SBI), SSC CGL and CHSL, Railway exams (RRB), Delhi Police, and all state government exams. College students studying for university exams are also welcome. The soundproofed, distraction-free environment benefits any serious student regardless of the exam they are preparing for.

Joining takes less than 10 minutes. Walk into the Paschim Vihar branch during operating hours (5 AM–8211;11 PM, any day). Carry one government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, or College ID) and one passport-size photograph. Fill a simple admission form, choose your package, and pay by cash or UPI (8130992267@pthdfc). Your seat is confirmed immediately.
